🗺Mouse’s Tank Road (the scenic drive)

This is the main road that stretches from the visitor center to the White Domes.

Q U I C K 🏜T I P S
➕ Valley of Fire is about an hour from Vegas
➕VOF is Nevada’s oldest state park.
➕The park is open daily from sunrise to sunset.
➕Entrance fee is $15 per vehicle for day use. VOF is a state park so the America the Beautiful pass will not apply
➕Visit in Spring, Winter or Fall for most pleasant temps (summer temps can creep over 100+ on the daily)
➕There are 2 campgrounds inside VOF state park, with a total of 72 units.
➕Campsites are first come, first serve. Book by reservation only.
➕Pets are allowed but must on a leash at all times.
➕Cell coverage is limited.

POV: You woke up early in Jasper National Park, hoping to see sunrise at Maligne Lake.

The wildfire smoke is pretty bad, it’s foggy, chilly & you’re worried the lake won’t be as vibrant as you’ve dreamt it would be.

But then you see THIS! This perfect, dreamy morning that resembles something out of a movie scene. 🥹🌲Pure solitude.

Canada’s beauty is unmatched.

🏔️🇨🇦The largest natural lake in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Maligne Lake, located off of Maligne Lake Road in Jasper National Park.
